Freelance PowerPoint & Keynote Designer
Freelance PowerPoint & Keynote Designer
I’m Graeme Thomas, a UK-based freelance PowerPoint and Keynote designer with 20+ years’ design experience.
By creating eye-catching and professional PowerPoint and Keynote presentations that are consistent with corporate branding, I aid agencies, global brands and in-house teams in delivering their message effectively and efficiently.
Whether you have a blank canvas and are in need of a custom template, or you have an InDesign file that needs converting into PowerPoint or Keynote, I can help.
I offer a fully flexible service and have grown my business to include two fantastic senior graphic designers, helping with capacity on larger projects or those with a tight deadline.
Based in the UK, I work with businesses all over the world including North America, Europe and Asia, and often shift my working hours to accommodate time zone differences, travel internationally for large-scale keynote events, and invoice in local currencies.
Presentation design services
I design professional PowerPoint presentations that are structured, on-brand and easy to use. I support organisations with corporate presentation design, ensuring decks reflect brand identity and work effectively across departments, and create branded PowerPoint templates that allow teams to produce consistent presentations without relying on designers for every update.
I design pitch decks for startups, SMEs and agencies, helping to communicate ideas clearly and support funding, sales or internal buy-in.
Alongside PowerPoint, I also provide Figma Slides, Google Slides design and Keynote presentation design, particularly for teams working across multiple platforms or requiring event-based presentations.
I regularly convert design files from Figma, InDesign and other tools into fully editable PowerPoint presentations, ensuring design quality is maintained while improving usability.
Professional PowerPoint design, built with technical expertise
My focus is not just on how presentations look, but how they function. Whether the presentation is used internally, for clients or on stage, I specialise in the technical aspects of making decks work beyond the design itself. That means you will receive:
- slides that are easy for users to work with
- layouts that support content clearly
- consistent use of brand colours and fonts
- templates that work across teams
- presentations that hold up in real-world scenarios
- editable files ready for use

Arsenal FC | PowerPoint presentation design for a Premier League football club
I designed a PowerPoint presentation for Arsenal FC focused on the club’s Player Care programme. The presentation covered different stages of the player journey, including the Academy, First Team and Aftercare, and used bold typography, player photography and Arsenal’s distinctive visual identity to create an engaging, highly visual deck.
The presentation also incorporated custom diagrams, structured information layouts and mobile screen mock-ups to communicate more detailed aspects of the Player Care programme clearly.

London Business School | Corporate PowerPoint presentation design
I designed a PowerPoint presentation for London Business School Executive Education explaining why organisations should partner with the school.
The presentation combined detailed corporate content with statistics, awards and rankings, client logos, learning frameworks, process diagrams and team structures. I developed clear, branded slide layouts to make complex information easier to navigate while maintaining a consistent visual style across the presentation.
TEG26 | Figma Slides presentation design for transport industry event
I designed a presentation in Figma Slides for Transport Exchange Group’s TEG26 event. The deck was created specifically for the live event environment, combining branded layouts, speaker content and supporting visuals within a clear and consistent presentation system.

I worked with brand design agency Hands Down to provide specialist Keynote presentation design for their client, global social media and technology brand Snapchat. Working within Snapchat’s established brand guidelines, I created clear, engaging layouts for a range of presentation content.
The project also involved the creation and setup of custom graphs and data visualisations, helping transform complex user data into easily understood visual information within the presentation.
Acast | Corporate Keynote presentation templates
I worked with global podcast company Acast to roll out its new corporate identity across dozens of Keynote presentations used by different teams and divisions throughout the business. The project involved applying the new visual system consistently across a wide range of presentation content.

Adoreboard | PowerPoint data visualisation & Excel-linked charts
I was commissioned by customer experience and data insights specialist Adoreboard to recreate presentations originally designed in Sketch as fully editable PowerPoint decks.
As part of the project, I developed custom dynamic graph styles together with an Excel data sheet. Data from Adoreboard’s proprietary sources could then be entered into Excel and automatically converted into the correct format for each corresponding PowerPoint graph, removing the need for manual data conversion.
Create Health | Custom PowerPoint animation for healthcare marketing
I was commissioned by healthcare advertising and marketing agency Create Health to design a series of custom PowerPoint animations that went beyond the software’s standard animation options. The animations were designed to give their presentations a more distinctive and engaging visual style.
Since completing the initial presentation project, I have also supported Create Health on other projects as a freelance graphic designer.
Raising Partners | Fundraising pitch deck design in PowerPoint
I designed a number of fundraising pitch decks on behalf of investment consultancy Raising Partners. Each presentation was designed around the individual client’s brand guidelines and built in PowerPoint so that text and content could be easily edited by the client after delivery.
Where a pitch deck required more intricate design than PowerPoint could comfortably accommodate, I also produced presentations in InDesign.
Large-format & widescreen presentation design for events
I design large-format and widescreen presentations for conferences, live events and large-format screens, working in PowerPoint, Keynote and Figma Slides. This includes ultra-wide presentations, custom aspect ratios and presentations designed specifically for large LED screens and event stages.
eBay | Large-format Keynote presentation design
I designed a large-format Keynote presentation for the eBay Business Awards 2021, eBay’s annual small business awards event.
The presentation was created specifically for a large event screen measuring 20 metres wide by 4 metres high, requiring a custom widescreen format rather than a standard presentation ratio. I was commissioned by event agency emc3 to design a wide-format Keynote presentation for their client, cybersecurity company Recorded Future, for its Predict 2025 events in New York, Japan and London.
