I am Graeme Thomas, a freelance UX/UI designer specialising in websites, digital platforms and responsive user experiences.
I work with businesses, agencies and digital teams to turn ideas, existing brands and complex requirements into clear, intuitive and visually engaging digital experiences.
From early wireframes and user journeys through to high-fidelity UI design and responsive layouts, I can support individual stages of a project or the complete design process. Where required, I can also support projects through to website development and launch.
Based in the UK, I work with clients across the UK and internationally.

I design clear, intuitive website experiences that balance user needs with business objectives, from information architecture and user journeys through to the finished interface.
I create wireframes and interactive Figma prototypes to establish structure, functionality and user journeys before moving into detailed visual design.
I design interfaces for web applications, internal platforms, portals and other digital products where usability and information hierarchy are particularly important.
I create detailed interface designs for desktop, tablet and mobile, ensuring layouts, components and interactions work consistently across different screen sizes.
I create structured Figma files, reusable components and clearly defined interface patterns that make it easier for development teams to translate the designs accurately into a working product.
Accessibility and usability are considered throughout my design process, helping create interfaces that are clearer and easier to use for a wider range of users.

Seven Partnership | Custom SharePoint website design and development
I designed and built a custom SharePoint website for Seven Partnership, a UK property development business.
Rather than relying on a standard SharePoint interface, I created a bespoke UX/UI design tailored to the organisation’s brand and content requirements, combining a polished visual experience with the functionality and flexibility of the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

DBAN | Custom website UX/UI design and development
I designed and built a new custom website theme for DBAN.org, the free open-source data wiping software owned by Blancco Technology Group.
The project included the UX/UI design and development of a new responsive website, creating a more contemporary digital experience while providing a flexible framework for DBAN’s content and supporting the wider Blancco brand.
Vision Housing | Website UX/UI design and development
I designed and built a new website for Vision Housing, a specialist organisation providing therapeutic support and accommodation for young people and young adults with complex emotional needs.
I created a clear, accessible and responsive website that communicates Vision’s specialist services while making information easier to navigate for young people, families, professionals and other stakeholders. The project covered both UX/UI design and website development, taking the new digital presence from initial design through to the completed website.
Flexible UX/UI support for agencies and internal teams
I work directly with businesses as well as creative agencies, developers and internal digital teams, adapting to the way each project is structured.
I can take ownership of the UX/UI design process, work from an established creative direction, or provide additional specialist capacity as part of a wider project team. I am equally comfortable working independently or collaborating closely with designers, developers and stakeholders.
